1. Acceptance
By using the PlaybackHere website, requesting beta access or installing a PlaybackHere build, you agree to these terms and any additional terms shown for a particular distribution channel or service.
2. Product purpose
PlaybackHere is an Android utility for saving and reopening media bookmarks through supported third-party applications. It is not the media host, subscription provider or owner of third-party content.
3. Beta software
Beta software may contain defects, fail to restore a bookmark, change behaviour, require migration or lose compatibility after Android or a third-party app update. Keep current exports of important bookmarks and do not rely on a beta build as the only copy of important information.
4. Third-party apps and content
PlaybackHere depends on Android and third-party apps that PlaybackHere does not control. Access may require the relevant app, login, subscription, network connection or local file. PlaybackHere does not guarantee that any third-party item will remain available or that every app can return to an exact position.
5. Free and Pro plans
The planned Free tier permits up to 20 manually saved bookmarks. The planned A$19.99 Pro purchase is a one-time local-app entitlement for unlimited manually saved bookmarks, subject to the description shown at purchase. Prices, distribution channels and included features may change before public sales open.
6. Future cloud services
Optional PlaybackHere cloud backup or synchronisation is not currently available and is not automatically included in the lifetime local-app entitlement. Any future cloud service may require an account, separate terms and separate pricing because it creates continuing operational costs.
7. Payments, refunds and consumer rights
Purchases will be processed through the applicable app store or payment provider. Refunds will follow the terms shown at purchase and any non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse PlaybackHere, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass licence controls, distribute unauthorised copies, use it to infringe rights, or use the website or support channels for unlawful or abusive activity.
9. Intellectual property
PlaybackHere branding, software, website content and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation.
10. Availability and changes
Features, compatibility, beta access and future services may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Where practical, reasonable notice will be provided for material changes affecting paid users.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaybackHere is provided without a guarantee that every bookmark, app integration or external service will remain continuously available. PlaybackHere is not liable for third-party content changes, subscription loss, device failure or user-controlled deletion. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
